How long does account recovery take?
The Lovable documentation doesn't describe an "account recovery" process with a specific timeframe. However, it does note that deleted accounts cannot be reactivated. After pressing the delete button, you have a 48-hour window to cancel the deletion. After that, the account and all associated data are permanently removed. For more details, see the FAQ page.
I can't receive the password reset email.
If you're not receiving password reset emails, here are the most common causes and fixes: Check your spam/junk folder — emails from new domains may initially land in spam. Verify your email domain status is Verified in Cloud → Emails. If DNS records are misconfigured, emails won't send. Check Analytics and logs in Cloud → Emails to see if the email was sent, delivered, bounced, or failed. New domains need time to build reputation — initial deliverability may fluctuate. If you haven't set up a custom email domain, password resets use the default Cloud Auth sender. Make sure the email address you're entering matches the one on your account.
