I can't receive the password reset email.
If you're not receiving password reset emails, here are the most common causes and fixes:
- Check your spam/junk folder — emails from new domains may initially land in spam.
- Verify your email domain status is Verified in Cloud → Emails. If DNS records are misconfigured, emails won't send.
- Check Analytics and logs in Cloud → Emails to see if the email was sent, delivered, bounced, or failed.
- New domains need time to build reputation — initial deliverability may fluctuate.
If you haven't set up a custom email domain, password resets use the default Cloud Auth sender. Make sure the email address you're entering matches the one on your account.
